TDX Flange Roll Former

TDX Flange Roll Former Machinery shown without guards for illustration purposes only.
The Vicon TDX Roll Former will produce TDC/TDF Flanges in accordance with the charts shown in the SMACNA Third Edition Construction Standards Manual (T-25b Flanged).

  • Material capacity of 18 to 26 gauge with no adjustments necessary between gauges
  • 6 inch minimum part length with the use of the included small parts feeder
  • Roller bearing infeed guides reducing wear from plasma cut edges (optional)
  • Forming speed 70 feet per minute
